Plain-language study intake
Describe the engineering question and operating conditions, then provide CAD, STL, or STEP geometry. The agent inspects the model and proposes a plan before execution.
AI-assisted simulation workflows for hardware engineering teams, from geometry to reviewed reports.
Navier AI is an AI engineering platform for running simulation studies on hardware designs. Engineers provide a CAD or mesh geometry file and describe the study, including operating conditions and the question to investigate. The agent inspects the geometry, proposes a plan for review, and can carry out meshing, solver setup, execution, post-processing, and report assembly. The goal is to reduce the manual setup and coordination required to run engineering analyses, while keeping assumptions and results inspectable.
The platform covers fluid, structural, thermal, multibody, granular-media, electromagnetic, circuit, and system-level modeling workflows through a set of open-source solvers. Runs produce engineering reports that include assumptions, mesh information, boundary conditions, and convergence history. Navier also offers forward-deployed engineering engagements; Prism, its desktop agent environment, is available to partner-tier customers.
Describe the engineering question and operating conditions, then provide CAD, STL, or STEP geometry. The agent inspects the model and proposes a plan before execution.
The agent can manage geometry intake, meshing, solver configuration, cloud execution, post-processing, and report generation across supported domains.
The app runs twelve open-source solvers, including OpenFOAM, SU2, Gmsh, CalculiX, Elmer, Project Chrono, Palace, openEMS, and ngspice. Users can specify a preferred solver.
Reports include study assumptions, mesh, boundary conditions, and convergence history, giving engineers details to review alongside the results.
Prism brings agents, CAD, meshes, solver runs, and reports into one environment. It is used by Navier engineers and offered to partner-tier customers.
Navier engineers run the same platform on a scoped program, review the results and deliver reports plus case files that the customer can rerun or extend.
Set up an external aerodynamics sweep across angles of attack to examine how a design behaves under different flight conditions, then review the results and assumptions in the generated report.
Use documented validation studies to compare modeled outputs with wind-tunnel pressure measurements or towing-tank hull-sinkage data, while noting where measured quantities or experimental bounds limit the conclusions.
Compare alternative arrangements of dry coolers around a data hall to assess exhaust recirculation and its effect on cooling capacity.
Analyze flow through heat-exchanger ductwork to identify face-flow non-uniformity and assess proposed changes such as turning vanes or a distribution plate.
Model tank mixing configurations or building ventilation options to understand how inlet momentum, vent placement, and operating conditions affect circulation and temperatures.
Describe the study and provide geometry; the agent proposes a plan and selects/configures a solver. You can name a preferred code. The plan is reviewed before execution.
CAD, STL and STEP geometry are named inputs. Runs produce reports with assumptions, mesh, boundary conditions and convergence history alongside results.
Platform access is by request. Navier engineers can run the same platform during a scoped engagement; partner-tier customers receive direct access to Prism, the desktop engineering environment.
Commercial access uses agreed subscription/licensing terms or purchased credits where applicable. Evaluation credits may be granted for trial purposes. Engineering engagements are scoped separately; their capacity, price and term are set in the agreement.
AI-produced configurations, recommendations and results require independent validation by qualified engineering personnel. Navier service review is a quality check and does not constitute a professional engineering stamp or regulatory/safety certification.
Listed current workflows cover fluids, structural analysis, heat transfer, multibody dynamics, granular media, electromagnetics, circuits and system-level models.
