The account connects using its Instagram username. UpGrow states that it does not ask for Instagram login credentials. That does not remove your responsibility for the account or the platform rules.
Is the Instagram growth service free?
No. Growth requires a paid Basic, Pro, or Turbo subscription. New users receive a one-day trial to explore the dashboard, connect an account, and view AI analytics and tools before growth begins. A trial is not an ongoing free growth plan.
How are the plans priced?
The pricing page lists first-month quotes of $69 for Basic, $99 for Pro, and $129 for Turbo. It also displays limited yearly promotions, which are separate from those first-month quotes. Review the billing period and offer shown for the subscription you select.
Are the follower estimates or account safety guaranteed?
No. The terms say follower and engagement results can vary and are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for third-party platform rules, and UpGrow disclaims liability for restrictions, suspensions, or account termination by those platforms.
Can I cancel, and when does the growth refund apply?
You can cancel through billing settings to stop the subscription. The Real Growth Guarantee provides a monthly refund if there is no net-positive Instagram growth after the first seven days of service. Other refunds are not generally guaranteed; accidental subscription-payment requests may be considered within 24 hours.
