What is Swooped?
Swooped is an AI-powered job-search platform for job seekers. It helps users find roles that match their background, then prepares role-specific application materials including resumes, cover letters, and application-answer drafts. Users can review and edit the generated materials before using the browser extension to autofill supported applications, keeping control over what is submitted.
What can Swooped do?
Role-specific resume tailoring
The platform analyzes a job description and adapts a resume to the role, including ATS-oriented formatting, relevant keywords, and experience emphasis.
Personalized cover letters
Swooped drafts cover letters for specific companies and roles using details from the user's experience rather than a generic template.
Application answer drafts
The application workflow generates drafts for role-specific questions from the user’s experience for review and editing.
Review-first autofill
Users can open an application packet, review the resume, cover letter, and answers, make edits, and then use the autofill browser extension on supported applications.
Additional job-search tools
The toolkit includes resume grading with actionable feedback, networking tools that surface warm connection paths and mutual contacts at target employers, and interview practice tailored to a role and company.
Use Cases
“Targeted job search”
Use matched-role recommendations to focus a search on positions that align with your experience instead of sorting through listings only by recency or promotion.
“Review each application”
Inspect the resume, cover letter and answers for a selected role, edit any inaccurate claims, and then autofill a supported application.
“Adapt materials to a target role”
Use role-specific tailoring and feedback to highlight relevant experience, then check that the generated wording accurately reflects your background.
“Networking and interview preparation”
Identify potential contacts at target employers and practice likely interview questions with coaching tailored to the role and company.
