What does the Free plan include?
Free costs €0 for one user, with 50 AI credits per month, the AI assistant, document management, templates, and e-signature workflows. Document storage is subject to fair use. This continuing plan is separate from the 14-day trial offered on paid plans.
How much are the paid plans?
With monthly billing, Essential is €29 and Business €49 per user per month. With annual billing, the monthly equivalents are €19 and €39. Prices exclude VAT. Essential includes 150 monthly AI credits per seat, Business 250; Pro pricing and credits are agreed separately.
How do the paid tiers differ?
Essential adds MCP access and CRM connectors. Business adds native HubSpot workflows, API/integrations, and multi-entity management. Pro adds SAML/SSO and individually agreed service and data-processing terms. Business onboarding support is an optional paid add-on.
Do AI credits roll over?
Included credits are pooled across the team and reset each month with the billing cycle; unused credits do not roll over. Initial onboarding credits are an additional first-month allowance. When AI credits run out, existing results and non-AI editing, sending, and signing remain available.
What changes with annual billing?
Annual billing reduces the subscription rate, but the stated cancellation rule requires cancellation three months before renewal. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.
