Complete design directions
Each entry combines palette, type scale, motion behavior, structure, and written art direction instead of offering only a visual starting point.
A library of complete design directions for AI-built websites, with prompts for popular AI coding tools.
Thanor is a library of complete art directions for websites built with AI tools. Instead of providing finished templates, it supplies prompts that specify a visual system—such as a hex color palette, type scale, named motion curves with durations, page structure, and section-by-section direction. Users open a design, copy the prompt, and paste it into tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, Lovable, or Bolt.
The library covers directions for hero pages, landing pages, SaaS, agencies, portfolios, creative sites, technology products, and ecommerce. It also includes section prompts for headers, footers, heroes, pricing areas, and animated backgrounds. Users can browse, filter, preview, and save designs to a shortlist, while designs marked Free can be copied without a paid plan.

Open a direction, copy the full prompt, and use it in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, Lovable, Bolt, or another supported AI building workflow.
Browse directions across hero, landing page, SaaS, agency, creative, portfolio, technology, and ecommerce categories, plus focused sections such as headers, footers, pricing, and animated backgrounds.
The library supports browsing and filtering designs, viewing previews, and saving items to a shortlist before deciding which direction to use.
The Thanor MCP server can search designs, return design details, and retrieve a full prompt from inside supported assistants and editors. It is read-only and does not access the rest of the conversation.
New design directions are added on a recurring schedule, with newer entries shown at the front of the library.
Use a complete direction as the visual brief for a new site, giving an AI coding or design assistant concrete guidance for layout, typography, color, and motion.
Browse the SaaS, technology, app, and interface-oriented material when a product team needs a defined visual direction for an application or marketing site.
Use the prompts for client work, then adapt and ship the resulting website under the project agreement. The license permits personal and client work but does not permit reselling the prompts themselves.
Connect through the MCP server to search the catalog and fetch directions without leaving a supported assistant or editor. Retrieval consumes the same copy allowance as copying through the website.
Thanor provides design-direction prompts for AI-built websites. A direction can specify a palette, type scale, motion curves and durations, page structure, and section-by-section art direction; it is not a conventional template.
The site identifies Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, Lovable, and Bolt as supported workflows for pasting or using directions. Thanor also documents MCP connections for Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Zed, Antigravity, and Cline.
Yes. The pricing information states that personal and client work is allowed on every plan. You may build, ship, and charge for the resulting work, but you may not resell the prompts as a library, pack, or course handout.
The server exposes search_designs, get_design, and get_prompt tools. It is read-only. Fetching a prompt uses the same daily copy allowance as the website, and the server sees the requested design name rather than the rest of the assistant conversation.
The account returns to free access: the library remains browsable and Free designs remain copyable. The shortlist and previously copied prompts remain available to the user, but paid designs can no longer be copied unless access is restarted.
