Does my audio leave my Mac?

No. In the default on-device mode, audio capture, speech recognition, and language cleanup run locally on your Apple Silicon Mac, and the finished text is placed directly into the field you were already using.

Is Dictro free?

Can Dictro save past transcripts or use cloud processing?
