Team deployment and access
Remotely deploy features into team apps, match users across applications, and run steps using each user's credentials. Selected plans add synced groups, creator-space permissions, and reusable subflows.

Core features can be built without coding. For workflows needing additional flexibility, selected plans include custom code, API capabilities, and an AI code assistant.
What does the free customer plan include?
It includes unlimited portals and steps, three editors, and unlimited tasks for portals with up to five steps. Longer portals share an allowance of 250 tasks per month.
How are customer and team plans priced?
They have separate pricing. Customer plans list Launch at $25, Engage at $49, Grow at $79, and Optimize at $239 per month. Team Plus lists $5 per standard member and $7 per premium member per month; Business lists $8 and $10 respectively. Both pricing pages offer monthly and annual billing options.
What are the free team plan limits?
The free team plan includes unlimited features, a shared pool of 400 team-feature tasks per month, 500 automation tasks, and up to three members per type. Task logs and utilization analytics cover 30 days.
Can portals use a custom domain?
Yes. Publishing and email domains are offered as add-ons. Each costs $20 per month when paid annually or $25 with monthly billing. The combined package costs $30 per month annually or $37 monthly.
