Refoid is an App Store refund management service for owners of iOS and macOS applications. It connects to Apple through an App Store Server API key and App Store Server Notifications V2, then receives refund requests through a generated webhook configured in App Store Connect.
Once connected, Refoid verifies each request, matches its signed transaction, sends the owner-configured response, and records Apple’s final decision. Apple remains responsible for approving or declining refunds; Refoid does not promise a particular outcome or recovery rate.

How are confirmed declines communicated?
Refoid can send an email for each confirmed Apple refund decline. The message includes the application, transaction amount, and a link to the request history. Notifications are included in every plan and can be disabled in the workspace.
What happens when a monthly plan limit is reached?
New responses wait for an upgrade, while Apple notifications and outcomes continue to be recorded. There are no automatic overage charges. Allowances reset each month in UTC, and retries do not consume an additional response allowance.
