Surveys
Collect targeted feedback from users at different stages of a research project.
AI-powered UX research platform for collecting and analyzing real-world user feedback.
Pulse Labs is a UX research platform that helps teams understand how people interact with products. It captures and analyzes feedback from surveys, interviews, evaluations, observations, and in-app usage, turning those interactions into insights for product decisions. The platform serves UX research, product, and design teams, with workflows ranging from targeted feedback collection to ongoing observation of product use. AI-assisted tools help organize and surface important interactions; individual AI modules have different availability. Optional recruiting, study design, project management and expert analysis services can support the software workflow.

Speak with users in real time to explore motivations and validate ideas.
Run task-based, unmoderated research across web, mobile, smart devices or automotive surfaces. Participants complete directed tasks with screen/audio recordings and session ratings for review.
Record insights as users interact with a product in their natural flow.
Embed FlightRecorder for in-app surveys, contextual feedback and session replay in Android, iOS or web apps. React and Flutter support is described for cross-platform integration.
Pulse Voices provides access to a vetted user panel for recruiting research participants.
AI tools organize and highlight important interactions, with panel-building and study-chatbot assistance described for research workflows. SDK clustering and some advanced analysis modules are still on a waitlist.
UX researchers can use live interviews to ask follow-up questions and understand why users respond or behave in particular ways.
Teams can run unmoderated evaluations to observe user behavior over time without scheduling a live session for each participant.
Product teams can use an in-app SDK to gather feedback while people are using an Android, iOS, or web application.
Research teams can source participants through Pulse Voices when a project needs access to a vetted user panel.
Use surveys for structured feedback, live interviews for follow-up questions, evaluations for directed usability tasks and observations for natural product use. FlightRecorder adds in-app surveys and session-replay context. Participant sourcing and researcher-led services can be scoped with a study.
FlightRecorder supports Android, iOS and web, including React and Flutter applications. It must be integrated and configured in your app. Enterprise engagements can add custom capabilities or SDK changes for bespoke workflows and self-hosted data solutions; those are not implied for every account.
Targeted segments, event-triggered SDK feedback and AI-powered clustering are marked Coming Soon with a waitlist. The evaluations page also marks AI-powered trend analysis Coming Soon. Current collection, recording and replay should be distinguished from those pending modules.
The site offers a free trial and free consultation. Platform Terms state that access is charged unless a specific element is explicitly offered free for a limited time; fees are presented when opening an account or choosing an element. Participant incentives and professional services are separate purchase scopes.
The Platform Terms allow project data, after de-identification, anonymization or aggregation, to train and improve Pulse Labs AI models. An opt-out is offered where technically feasible. Once data is integrated into results or AI models, deletion, correction or withdrawal may be functionally impossible.
