Pokébinder is a free browser-based Pokémon TCG binder planner for arranging card collections into 3×3 pages. It lets collectors preview layouts, add artwork, and print true-size placeholders for cards they do not own yet.

什么是 Pokébinder?

Pokébinder is a free browser tool for Pokémon TCG collectors who want to plan physical binder pages before completing a collection. Users can search for English or Japanese cards, place them into 3×3 nine-pocket layouts, arrange pages, and preview the result as a digital binder.

The product’s main physical workflow is printing placeholders for cards that are not owned yet. These print at true card size with cut guides, allowing a collector to fill an empty pocket temporarily while keeping the intended page layout and a visible list of cards still needed. Pokébinder also supports custom artwork across individual pockets, rows, columns, or a full page behind the cards.

Pokébinder 能做什么?

English and Japanese card search

Search more than 20,000 English cards by name, set, or artist, and more than 21,000 Japanese cards by name or set. English and Japanese cards can be mixed on the same page.

3×3 binder-page planning

Drag or tap cards into nine-pocket pages and rearrange them before committing to a physical binder layout. The digital binder can be viewed on desktop or phone.

Spanning custom artwork

Add your own artwork to one pocket, across two or three pockets in a row or column, or behind a full nine-pocket page. Images can be zoomed and repositioned before printing.

True-size placeholders

Mark cards that are not owned and print placeholders at 6.3 × 8.8 cm, with dashed cut guides. The pages support nine cards on A4 or US Letter paper.

Browser-based storage and access

Nothing needs to be installed and no account is required. The binder is saved in the user’s own browser, so clearing browser data also clears the saved binder.

Digital page-turning preview

Review the collection as a two-page spread on desktop or one page per swipe on a phone, helping collectors inspect how a completed spread will look.

使用场景

“Planning a new binder page”

Choose cards, test their order in a 3×3 layout, and inspect the spread digitally before purchasing cards or changing a physical binder.

“Tracking cards still needed”

Mark missing cards as not owned and print them as temporary placeholders, turning unfinished pockets into a visual want list with fixed positions.

“Building artwork-led pages”

Use a personal image as a backdrop or span it across adjacent pockets when creating a themed page around selected cards.

“Checking a collection while shopping”

Use printed placeholders in the physical binder to identify missing cards and their intended locations when comparing cards at shows or shops.

“Previewing a binder away from a desk”

Flip through the same planned pages on a phone, which is useful for reviewing layouts while away from the desktop setup.

常见问题

Do I need to install anything or create an account?

No. Pokébinder runs in the browser, requires no account, and does not require an installation. The binder is saved in the browser being used.

What size are the printed placeholders?

They print at true card size: 6.3 × 8.8 cm, or 2.5 × 3.5 inches. A4 and US Letter sheets contain nine cards, each with a dashed cut guide.

Which print settings should I use?

Print at 100% scale or choose “Actual size,” and disable “Fit to page” or “Shrink oversized pages.” A test sheet can be measured to confirm the card is 6.3 cm wide.

Are Pokébinder placeholders proxies?

No. They are intended to occupy an empty binder pocket until the real card is found. They are not for playing, selling, or representing a genuine card.

Will placeholders fit standard trading-card binders?

Yes. The site states that true-size placeholders fit standard nine-pocket trading-card pages, including pages from brands such as Vault X, Ultra Pro, and Dragon Shield.
