Mobile signals in one workflow
Collect crashes, application-not-responding errors, visual issues, engagement events and user sentiment from the app. The platform supports iOS, Android, React Native and Flutter.
Luciq combines mobile SDK telemetry with AI-assisted triage. Diagnose crashes, prioritize issues and pass their context to agents that prepare pull requests.
Luciq, formerly Instabug, is a mobile observability platform that connects app telemetry with AI-assisted debugging and code-fix workflows. Its SDK collects technical issues, engagement signals and user feedback; the platform turns those signals into a prioritized work queue.
Embed the SDK in your mobile app, choose the outcome your team wants to improve and investigate the collected issues. Companion groups related reports and provides reproduction and root-cause context. When a fix is needed, pass that context to a connected coding agent or Luciq's Resolve Agent to prepare a pull request for review.

Companion groups related reports, detects duplicates, adds root-cause and reproduction context, and prioritizes work against a chosen goal such as frustrated sessions, revenue or retention.
Autopilot can trigger a connected Claude, Cursor or custom agent, or use Resolve Agent. Generate Fix works on a sandboxed copy of the codebase and prepares a reviewable pull request.
Configure automated routines that halt a degrading rollout or disable a feature flag. MCP, CLI and REST API access expose Luciq context to a team's tools, subject to the licensed access quota.
Use collected context and grouped reports to understand an issue, follow reproduction information and hand the findings to an engineer or coding agent.
Compare issues against a selected business goal so developers and product teams can work from the same ranked queue.
Connect a resolution template to crash spikes, ANRs or regressions, then review the generated pull request and use configured release controls as appropriate.
The current pricing page charges by daily active users and member seats. It describes DAU tiers and reviews rolling six-month average usage twice a year. If average usage consistently exceeds the contracted tier, the team discusses moving to the next tier. Access and limits still follow the license and Order Form.
For Enterprise deals starting July 28, 2026, the licensing document says you receive only the products listed on your Order Form. A different retention period on the Order Form takes precedence over the documented defaults. Select the products and retention your app actually needs.
For Enterprise deals starting July 28, 2026, each DAU includes 100 foreground sessions per month. Background capture is not included by default; enabling it uses that same allowance. MCP, CLI and REST API share a pool of 100,000 calls per company per month. These are version-specific entitlements.
Request a demo. Luciq can walk your team through the product and, if needed, enable a limited technical proof-of-concept environment before purchase.
Autopilot can prepare a reviewable pull request and trigger configured release actions. Choose a connected agent or Resolve Agent and set the workflow for your team. Actions are scoped by role and team and logged. Review and test a proposed change before accepting it.
