Learn:Up is Confirm’s AI-driven learning management system for scale-up businesses and the current name of its employee-learning product formerly called WorkRamp. It supports employee onboarding, sales-team readiness, and ongoing learning.
Teams can organize training with learning paths, map skills to courses, and review learner progress and completions. Admins can create draft Guides from .pptx, .pdf, or .docx files, adjust detail and interactivity, then review and edit the generated content before publishing. Confirm offers Academy separately for branded customer and partner education.
Learn:Up’s AI Assist can draft courses from file uploads, brainstorm and refine content, generate imagery and Q&A, and support captioning and translation. To draft a Guide, an Admin can upload .pptx, .pdf, or .docx files, adjust detail and interactivity, then review and edit the result before publishing. Outputs vary; check each draft against its source.
Guide personalization is in beta. An Admin must enable podcast generation, narration, or reader mode separately in each Guide’s General and AI Settings; all options are off by default. Learners can use the options enabled for that Guide.
