What capacity is included without a success package?
Usage-only accounts include unlimited agents, two organizations, one Vapi phone number, four concurrent calls, and 14 days of raw data retention. Additional concurrency costs $10 per line per month; extra organizations cost $20 each per month.
What data controls and compliance options are available?
Zero data retention is included with any success package. Pro adds role-based access control; Premier offers custom RBAC and SSO. HIPAA-eligible data handling is a $2,000 monthly add-on with a standard Data Processing Agreement and Business Associate Agreement.
