Record conversations, search your memories, and give AI assistants context from your notes.

O que é TwinMind?

TwinMind turns captured conversations and meetings into transcripts, summaries, and a searchable personal memory. Ask questions about a specific note or your saved memories, edit notes, and regenerate summaries. Its apps and Chrome extension support different recording situations, while Max can connect memory to compatible AI tools through MCP. A TwinMind account and microphone permission are needed for recording. Review important names, decisions, and AI-generated summaries before sharing them.

O que TwinMind pode fazer?

Conversation and meeting capture

Use mobile apps for microphone capture. Mac, Windows, and Chrome support virtual meetings; mobile Zoom, Meet, and Teams sessions cannot be captured this way.

Multilingual transcripts and summaries

Transcribe conversations across more than 140 languages, generate summaries, and edit notes or regenerate the summary afterward.

Searchable memory

Ask questions about one memory or all saved memories to retrieve details from previous conversations and notes.

Audio-file transcription

Pro adds audio-file uploads through the web app, alongside additional capabilities and higher usage limits.

AI context and email assistance

Max includes MCP access for compatible AI tools, email auto-tagging, and draft generation using connected context.

Speaker separation

Max can separate speakers in a captured conversation when Save Audio was enabled during capture. This setting also changes audio retention and model-improvement use.

Casos de uso

“Meeting follow-ups”

Review a meeting transcript and summary, correct details, and share a note or summary link with colleagues.

“Lectures and personal notes”

Capture a discussion or lecture with permission, then search its notes and ask questions about the material.

“Context for AI work”

Use Max MCP to give compatible AI tools relevant personal context from previously captured memories.

Perguntas frequentes

What are the free and paid plans?

Free includes transcription, AI chats, summaries, and real-time suggestions. Pro is $14.99 per month with monthly billing, or $11.99 per month billed annually. Max is $49.99 per month with monthly billing, or $29.99 per month billed annually.

Is a trial available?

The seven-day free trial is for Max. Pro and Max have different features and usage limits; a Pro subscription follows the same signed-in account across devices.

Does it work offline or keep notes only on my device?

Recording can continue offline, but transcripts and summaries require an internet connection. Local mode is currently available only on iOS by turning Backup Notes off. This disables cloud sync and some cloud-dependent features.

What happens to audio and notes?

Audio is deleted after transcription by default. Save Audio retains recordings and permits saved audio, with account identifiers removed, to improve TwinMind speech and related models. Cloud mode stores notes for recall and sync. Speech and AI providers also process content; the privacy policy generally describes deletion within 30 days.

Are other participants automatically notified?

No. TwinMind does not announce recording to participants. You must provide any required notice and obtain consent before recording a conversation or meeting.
