Pay As You Go costs $10 per recording hour. Monthly subscriptions are Core at $25 with 5 transcription/translation hours, Advanced at $50 with 20 hours, and Pro at $80 with 40 hours. Additional subscription hours cost $10 each. Annual billing is available; Enterprise uses custom pricing.
Transcription charges measure the length of uploaded audio or video, prorated to the second. Translation, alignment, and burned-in subtitles draw from transcription hours. AI analysis measures the length of recordings analyzed, using a separate allowance.
New accounts receive 30 free minutes with no credit card required. Subscription plans can be canceled from the account page to stop future billing.
Core, Advanced, and Pro include one user. Extra seats cost $25 per month or $275 per year each. Included hours belong to the workspace; adding seats does not increase the allowance.
Eligible students, educators, and registered nonprofits receive 20% off every plan, seat, and renewal, including annual pricing. Education eligibility uses a verified school email; nonprofits must use an official organization email and submit registration documents.
