O que é Rightsify?

Rightsify provides a background-music platform for businesses such as cafés, hotels, retailers and wellness venues. Subscribers select and play curated human-created music and AI-generated content for employees, customers and guests at a registered location.

Access is through Rightsify’s web or mobile applications on a pre-approved, internet-connected device. Rightsify also offers Gramosynth for music and multimodal training-data generation; the background-music subscription and its usage permissions are a separate scope.

Available AI generation features can create customized background-audio streams within the platform’s parameters and limits. Availability is conditional rather than included in every deployment.

How is the background-music subscription priced?

The published February 2025 platform agreement lists $99 per registered location per year, with the fee specified in the subscriber account. Rightsify may change fees with 30 days’ written notice. This price is for platform access, not a Gramosynth training-data package.

Can content be downloaded or reused elsewhere?

The subscription permits background streaming inside Rightsify at the registered location and territory. It prohibits downloading, uploading, sharing, editing or redistributing content outside the platform. Access does not transfer ownership of the music.

Does this provide a blanket music licence?

The agreement defines a software and technology access arrangement, not a music-licensing or public-performance agreement. Use is limited to the platform and registered location; the subscription should not be treated as unrestricted rights to use music elsewhere.

What are the renewal and cancellation conditions?

The annual term renews unless either party gives 30 days’ advance written non-renewal notice. Cancellation can be requested by email and takes effect on receipt, but payments already made are not refunded.
