What does a Hybrid Unit represent?
Hybrid Units allocate monitoring capacity across resource types. One unit can represent one on-premises collector-monitored device or one cloud IaaS resource; other resource types have different conversion ratios. Essentials supports deployments up to 999 Hybrid Units.
Does every package include all AI and monitoring features?
No. Packages and add-ons have different capabilities, capacity, limits and retention. Edwin AI extends event intelligence and automation. Synthetics/Internet Performance, Real User Monitoring and Endpoint Monitoring are separate additions rather than included in the three listed platform packages.
Can AI carry out remediation automatically?
