AI workflow automation for insurance and wealth management teams
Feathery is an AI operating and decisioning platform for financial services. It connects data intake, documents, business rules, and external systems to support insurance and wealth management operations.
Its built-in AI assistant, Robin, turns plain-language requirements into workflows that teams can review and edit before deployment. Once workflows are running, Robin can answer questions about operational data, surface insights, recommend next actions, and flag exceptions. The platform serves insurance carriers, MGAs, brokers, wholesalers, RIAs, broker-dealers, and banks.
Robin generates forms, logic, integrations, and document flows from conversational instructions. Everything it builds is visible in the editor for review and changes before going live.
The no-code builder supports more than 25 field types, conditional steps, calculations, input validation, and custom API connections. A/B testing and analytics help teams assess intake flows.
Extract and validate information from PDFs, images, spreadsheets, Word documents, and audio. Populate PDF, Word, and Excel templates with workflow data, then edit generated documents within Feathery.
Native e-signatures support multiple signers and record when each party signs. User groups, form roles, shared task views, and custom task statuses organize work across teams.
Connect to more than 150 integrations spanning CRMs, agency management systems, custodians, and KYC tools. Computer Agents handle interactions with systems that lack APIs and can pause for human approval.
Transcribe meetings and calls, generate notes and follow-up items, and extract structured data from conversations. Send that information to a CRM, documents, or subsequent workflows.
Carriers and MGAs can organize submission intake and triage, analyze portfolio submissions, process claims documents, and prepare book roll or bordereaux reporting.
Brokers and wholesalers can assemble proposals and quotes, compare policies, review contracts, and generate employee benefits guides from collected information.
Wealth management teams can coordinate client intake, KYC, custodial account opening, and CRM-to-custodian synchronization within connected workflows.
Prepare transition workflows and repapering in advance, helping teams coordinate account information and documents when advisors move their business.
Feathery lists a Free plan at $0 and Growth and Business plans with custom pricing. The Free plan includes 500 monthly submissions, five live forms, and a 10 MB file upload limit. Signup does not require a credit card.
A submission is counted when an end user fills out and submits a Feathery form. Repeat submissions by the same user to the same form within a month count as one user.
You can build unlimited forms in the dashboard and develop or test additional forms. Your plan limits how many forms can be live at once, and you control which forms are turned on or off.
A demo includes discussion of data intake goals, a live platform walkthrough, and exploration of a commitment-free proof of concept. Feathery also describes hands-on support from its implementation team during workflow setup.
