College Fit Project is a college comparison tool that builds a personalized fit score for each school on your list. Instead of ranking colleges by prestige, it lets you define the factors that matter to you and then calculates a CollegeFit Score based on those priorities. The product combines pre-built college data with custom AI-scored criteria. You can compare tuition, acceptance rate, campus size, climate, safety, program quality, and other factors across thousands of schools, then view the results side by side to see which college matches your preferences best. ## O que College Fit Project pode fazer? ### Personalized fit scoring Build a score around the criteria that matter to you instead of relying on a single overall ranking. The product lets you set priorities such as tuition, campus size, climate, safety, and program quality, then calculates a CollegeFit Score for each college. ### AI-evaluated custom factors Type a custom factor in plain English, such as school spirit, proximity to skiing, or Greek life culture. The system uses AI to score colleges against that criterion automatically. ### 40+ pre-built data factors Use more than 40 pre-built factors with official data already loaded. The site highlights tuition, acceptance rate, SAT averages, graduation rates, enrollment, and similar inputs as examples. ### 3,900+ colleges with data loaded Search among more than 3,900 institutions without manually entering basic data. College information is auto-populated so you can start comparing colleges quickly. ### Automatic comparison view Compare colleges side by side and see how each one scores across the factors you selected. The score updates automatically as you add colleges and factors. ### Official data sources Draw from specific source datasets for several inputs, including the U.S. Department of Education’s College Scorecard, federal Clery Act safety data, and NOAA climate normals. ## Casos de uso ### Build a personal college list A student who wants to compare colleges by personal priorities can add factors like campus size, climate, safety, and program strength, then sort schools by a score that reflects those preferences. ### Evaluate uncommon criteria A student exploring niche preferences can type custom criteria such as school spirit, outdoor recreation access, or proximity to skiing and let AI score each college automatically. ### Compare final options A student deciding between several schools can view the results side by side and compare how each college performs across the selected factors. ### Try the product before paying A student who wants a low-friction start can create a profile, add one college, and review the score before deciding whether to unlock the full experience. ## Perguntas frequentes ### Is College Fit Project really free to start?
