What is Whatfix?
Whatfix is an enterprise software-adoption platform with three complementary products. Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) provides contextual guidance and embedded help inside applications; Product Analytics examines usage and user journeys; Mirror creates replicas for guided practice and AI roleplay.
Teams author instructions, deploy them to the relevant application and review engagement or training results. Each product has its own plans, capabilities and deployment choices.

How is the subscription priced?
Each product and plan has a flat fee plus user-license fees. For employee-facing applications, licensing is based on everyone with access to the application. For customer-facing applications, it is based on monthly active users, including external partners and other users.
Can Product Analytics be bought without DAP?
Yes. Product Analytics Premium can be purchased for a web or desktop application, with Enterprise options for employee-facing web applications. Analytics Standard is included only with a DAP Web & Desktop plan; it is not a standalone free tier.
Are cloud and self-hosted deployments equivalent?
DAP has cloud and self-hosted deployment options. Self-hosted deployments may exclude some Standard and Premium features. Product Analytics also has web-only metrics, such as automatic page-URL tracking, so web and desktop coverage differs.
How can teams deliver Mirror training?
Training environments can be shared through web links with SSO access or exported as SCORM learning modules for an LMS. Trainers can configure feedback and evaluation rubrics for roleplay and assessments.
