Sheets Resume is an AI resume builder focused on helping job seekers create, tailor, and export resumes using a structured template that the site says has been widely used since 2018. The product centers on resume creation first, then extends into cover letters, mock interviews, and job search support. The site positions the builder as useful for people who need multiple resume versions during a job search, want an easier way to adapt bullet points to a role, or prefer a guided workflow starting from scratch, an existing resume, or a LinkedIn profile. It also offers free template resources alongside paid access to the AI tools. ## What can Sheets Resume do? ### Resume creation and tailoring Build a resume from scratch, update an existing resume, or start from a LinkedIn profile. The site also says the builder can tailor a resume to a pasted job description. ### AI cover letter generation Generate cover letters that are customized to a specific company and role instead of using a generic template. ### AI interview practice Practice interviews with a mock interview tool that provides realistic questions and instant feedback, according to the tools page. ### AI job search Search for roles with AI-assisted job matching and job requirement analysis, so the workflow extends beyond resume writing. ### Document export options Export finished resumes as PDF, Google Docs, or Word files for offline editing and sharing. ### Supporting job-search tools Use additional free tools such as a resume analyzer, resume anonymizer, LinkedIn updater, and job offer comparison tool. ## Use Cases ### Starting a resume from scratch Create a new resume from a blank slate when you need guidance on structure and phrasing. ### Tailoring a resume for a specific job Paste a job description and adapt your resume content to the role before applying. ### Preparing a full application package Generate a company-specific cover letter and practice answers for an upcoming interview in the same workflow. ### Refreshing an older profile Turn an existing resume or LinkedIn profile into an updated version with less manual editing. ### Using the template and free tools Use the free template and supporting tools when you want a simpler starting point or want to test the format before committing to paid access. ## Frequently Asked Questions ### Why does the resume format work so well? The site says the resume format is designed around how human screeners review resumes quickly, with the goal of highlighting the most relevant information in the first few seconds. ### When do I have to pay for the builder? The builder can be used before payment, and the site says you only pay at the end after you have completed your resume and are satisfied with the result. ### What tools are included with membership? Memberships include unlimited access to the AI Resume Builder, the AI Cover Letter Generator, AI Mock Interviews, and the AI Job Search tool. The tools page also lists related free tools such as a resume analyzer, anonymizer, LinkedIn updater, and job offer comparison tool. ### What file formats can I export?
