Hex offers a 14-day free trial of the Team plan with no payment card required. At the end of the trial, you can continue on a paid plan or be downgraded to the free Community plan if you do nothing.

How do plan changes work?

Professional and Team customers can cancel or change their plan from Settings > Manage Plan. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades and downgrades, with billing adjusted for the remainder of the cycle.

What security and compliance information is available?

Hex says it is audited annually for SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliance, and enterprise plans include security options such as audit logs, OAuth database connections, OIDC SSO, and single-tenant deployment add-ons.
