Audio, video, and stem downloads are currently disabled. Under the current terms, output cannot be downloaded, copied, or published to personal devices, streaming services, or other user-content platforms. Udio supports creation and listening within the service.

The current terms allow personal, non-commercial output use and state that Udio or its licensors own output rights. A paid attribution exemption does not remove the separate download and external-use restrictions. Link sharing is limited to sites approved by Udio in writing, following its instructions; approval can be revoked.

Standard costs $10 monthly or $96 billed annually, and Pro $30 monthly or $288 billed annually. The $8 and $24 per-month annual rates are annual equivalents, not monthly charges. Tax depends on location. Free creation has recurring daily and monthly credit limits.

Two 32-second variations cost two credits; two 130-second variations cost four. Free daily credits are used before the additional monthly limit. Standard trials keep free-tier credits and the cap on long generations until converted to a paid subscription. Purchased credits do not expire.

Users must be at least 16 and create or link an account. You must hold the rights needed to submit text or audio and license its use to Udio. Udio may use input and output to train or improve the service. Submit only material you can license for those uses.

Subscriptions renew automatically. The terms require cancellation seven days before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, subject to explicit exceptions; cancelled paid access lasts until the end of the paid period.
