Re.fitとは？

Re.fit provides AI nutrition tracking through its Rex WhatsApp coach. Send meal photos or descriptions, receive daily reports, and ask for workout suggestions in the same chat. Rex Premium is required to continue using the coach after the trial.

How do I start using Rex?

Open the Rex WhatsApp chat from Re.fit, then send a meal photo or describe what you ate. An active WhatsApp account linked to your phone number is required.

Is the coach free after the trial?

No. Rex Premium is required to use the bot after the trial ends. Premium uses recurring monthly or yearly payments until canceled. You can cancel by texting “cancel subscription” to Rex Nutribot and following the instructions; access continues until the current billing period ends.

Is the Drop available as a shipped device?

Re.fit currently presents the Drop with a pre-order option. Its planned automatic meal tracking is distinct from logging photos or text with Rex in WhatsApp.

Can businesses customize the assistant?

The white-label solution supports rebranding, local-language translation, AI customization, and integration into an existing app. Businesses can supply their own recipes, meal plans, and workout library.

How should I use body-photo estimates?

The business offering labels 3D body scans and body-fat estimates from photos as experimental. Rex does not guarantee that the information it provides is accurate, complete, or useful.

Who can use the coach?

Users must be at least 14 or meet their country’s minimum age to consent. Users under 18 need permission from a parent or legal guardian, who must review the terms with them.
