Historical ticket knowledge
Build a knowledge graph from HubSpot tickets and incorporate newly closed tickets to keep resolution context current.
Research support tickets and draft replies using ticket history and connected company knowledge.
ChatBees helps support teams investigate requests using historical tickets and company knowledge. Its HubSpot integration builds a knowledge graph from a ticket pipeline, generates suggested resolutions for new tickets, and gives agents a copilot for follow-up questions and reply drafts. Agents review the suggestions and resolve the customer’s issue.
The cloud service also provides knowledge search and chat through APIs, website chatbots, and Slack. Connect authorized documents or knowledge sources so answers can draw on relevant material. API usage, no-code add-ons, and ticket automation have different pricing and access conditions.

Research incoming requests using past tickets and connected knowledge, then present a proposed resolution for agent review.
Ask follow-up questions and draft customer reply emails from the proposed ticket resolution.
Index PDFs, DOCX files, website content, Google Drive, Notion, and Confluence for retrieval. Connectors and periodic ingestion are included in the paid add-on or higher plans.
Use the API for search, chat, and summaries, or add website and Slack chatbots through the no-code package.
Apply generative models to classify support requests and organize the workflow.
Give a support agent relevant past resolutions and product documentation when a similar request arrives.
Use the copilot to prepare a reply from the suggested resolution, then review it before responding to the customer.
Offer knowledge-based search or chat for authorized company sources, choosing the API or no-code channel that fits the audience.
Standard costs $249 per month when billed annually, or $269 with monthly billing. It includes the Flex add-on features and API allowance, plus 200 tickets per month, one ticket pipeline, knowledge from three months of tickets, and the ticket copilot. A 14-day trial is offered. Enterprise is quoted separately for multiple pipelines, multiple users, SSO, and role-based access.
Flex provides pay-as-you-go API access with $5 in introductory credit. Its no-code add-on costs $25 per month billed annually, or $29 with monthly billing, and includes connectors, website and Slack chatbots, periodic ingestion, and $20 of API usage before further usage charges.
Ingestion costs $2 per million tokens. Search and chat cost $2 per 100 requests, while summaries cost $2 per million tokens. Usage beyond included credit or allowances is charged separately from the add-on or ticket-plan fee.
ChatBees indexes material for retrieval and uses Azure OpenAI by default. Its documentation lists dedicated private LLMs as forthcoming. A connected knowledge collection gives the service relevant material to retrieve when answering questions.
The documented HubSpot workflow generates a suggested resolution and provides a copilot for questions and reply drafts. An agent reviews the suggestion and resolves the ticket. Autonomous actions such as license activation or refund processing are separately presented as planned capabilities.
You retain ownership of uploaded data under the service terms, with a limited license for ChatBees to provide and improve the service. Its privacy policy says data is not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models, while allowing confidential service providers and legally required disclosures. Connect sources you are authorized to share.
Create a ChatBees account, authorize its HubSpot connector, choose a ticket pipeline, and ingest the relevant knowledge. Required permissions cover OAuth, tickets, and contact-linked ticket notes. Associated email, forms, and private knowledge-base access have additional optional permissions.
