LOGO.com is a browser-based logo maker and brand-design platform. Enter a business name to explore concepts, select a direction, then edit the wording, typography, icons, colors and layout. AI tools can generate icon ideas from a prompt and suggest slogans or brand content.
The free plan supports one saved logo with PNG downloads for personal or evaluation use. Paid Brand and Business plans expand the saved-logo and export scope and offer broader brand-design tools. For new commercial-use designs, a qualifying paid subscription must apply to the relevant Brand; older work has separate grandfathering rules.

What is included in the free and paid plans?
Free includes one saved logo and PNG logo files. Brand Plan allows five saved logos and Business Plan 100, with broader export and design allowances; Business also lists five account seats. For new commercial work, choose a qualifying paid subscription for the relevant Brand.
When can I use a logo commercially?
For work covered by version 3.1, commercial use requires a paid subscription attached to the same Brand when the design is created or activated later. Designs made before your account’s effective date have grandfathered commercial rights under Section 5(c)(xi); that exception does not permit trademark-registration applications.
Do I lose an existing commercial licence if I cancel?
For a design commercially licensed through a paid plan, cancellation or downgrade does not remove its rights while the qualifying payment is retained and other terms are met. An ended plan does not license new designs. Refunds, chargebacks or payment reversals can remove commercial rights after the notice period specified in the terms.
Is the design exclusive or cleared as a trademark?
No exclusivity or trademark clearance is guaranteed. Design components may be shared with other users and generated names or logos may resemble existing work. Check the relevant rights before adopting or registering a mark.
