Does Aeropay support digital banks?
Aeropay does not generally support digital banks such as Chime, PayPal, or Green Dot. Availability can vary by merchant or transaction type. If a bank does not appear during selection, it is unsupported for that flow.
How long do payments and withdrawals take?
Timing depends on the bank, merchant settings, and payment route. Aeropay offers Same-Day or faster settlement, but standard ACH payments can take 3–5 business days to clear or fail. Instant withdrawals require a participating bank.
How do customers request a refund?
Customers request refunds from the merchant. Once issued, the refund returns to the linked bank account through Aeropay and appears in the customer's Activity feed.
