Natural-language questions
Ask a question in your own words instead of relying on keywords. The demo pages show open-ended questions about topics such as MCP, first customers, CSS, and note-taking.
asktube
Freemium
asktube es una capa de IA para usuarios avanzados de YouTube que permite buscar y hacer preguntas en los canales y las listas de reproducción que sigues. También ofrece una demo sin registro con una selección de 66 canales de YouTube.
¿Qué es asktube?
asktube lets you search and ask questions across the YouTube channels and playlists you already follow, then returns referenced answers based on the library you choose. It is presented as an AI layer over your YouTube subscriptions and playlists, not as a replacement for watching on YouTube.
The site also offers a no-sign-up demo over a handpicked set of 66 channels. In the demo, you can ask in natural language, browse sample questions, and open the video the answer points to. For your own library, the product supports scoped questions with @ and can build playlist-style outputs for learning in order.
¿Qué puede hacer asktube?
Referenced answers
Responses come back with sources so you can see which videos informed the answer. The site says the AI agent answers with references and points you to the video worth your time.
Search across your chosen library
asktube is built to search channels and playlists you follow, rather than the full YouTube catalog. The product text says it works over the library you chose and never anyone else’s subscriptions.
Scoped queries with @
You can narrow a question to a specific channel, playlist, or single video by using @. The conversation can then be refined as the scope changes.
Playlist-building for learning flows
When you want to learn something properly, the product can return a playlist order built from creators you already follow so you can watch the material in sequence on YouTube.
No-sign-up demo and handpicked collection
The public demo runs without an account or installation and exposes a curated collection of 66 channels across areas like AI and agents, startups, code, design, notes, and editing.
Casos de uso
“Researching a technical topic across trusted channels”
Ask a specific question about a tool or concept and compare what multiple channels say about it, with the answer backed by referenced videos.
“Finding the most relevant video before watching”
Use the AI layer to decide which video is worth your time, instead of manually scanning a long subscriptions feed or search results list.
“Learning a topic in order”
Ask for a playlist or sequence to follow when you want to study something properly, then watch the recommended videos on YouTube.
“Narrowing a question to one creator or playlist”
Scope a question with @ when you want answers only from a specific channel, a playlist, or a single video rather than your entire library.
“Testing the product before connecting your own account”
Try the free demo on the handpicked 66-channel collection to see how answers, sources, and topic coverage work before signing in with your own YouTube account.
